Through his unique and dynamic talents, Aziz Diagne, a self-taught multimedia artist, established himself as one of the premier contemporary glass painters.  Diagne has traveled extensively throughout Africa, Europe, and South America, absorbing the art and cultures of diverse environments.  These experiences have greatly enhanced Diagne's seemingly limitless repertoire and creative energy.

The NBPA and the Leimert Park Neighborhood Association are hosting a Pop-up Holiday Party on Friday November 25th!  There will be a Black Santa, Live DJ, Toy Give-A-Ways, Laker and Clipper Ticket Give-A-Ways, Local Black Owned Business Give-A-Ways/Pub, NBA2K Gaming and more!

JazzZone JazZabration, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to celebrate Jazz & Blues, while creating and preserving legacies, musically, financially, artistically and culturally. Our 3rd Thursday Hall of Fame Celebration Jam, for Thursday, November 17th, will honor and celebrate Jazz & Blues Legends.

The Leimert Park Village Book Fair is the largest African American book fair on the west coast. It is centered in one of the most historic and cultural areas of Los Angeles. Recognized as one of LA’s best annual book festivals, Cultural Hub, the fair was founded in 2007 in partnership with Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs as well as the City and County of Los Angeles.
